Welcome!
There’s a whole lot of exciting news going on over here. Check me out on my first magazine cover — Yoga Journal Brasil on the Power of Femininity. It was a delight to share the cover with two illustrious Brazilian women yoga teachers and leaders, Mel Vianna and Anita Camargo.
You can read the article on Femininity that I wrote here.
This fall I will be heading back to Thailand to teach part of a 500 hr. teacher
training course @Absolute Yoga on Koh Samui, and will stop at a few other SE
destinations.
If you are in Rio de Janeiro, (whether on vacation, an ex-pat or Carioca mesmo), you can breathe easier and live freer. Practice invigorating, dynamic yoga with a view of Baía de Guanabara from my studio in Santa Teresa.
Catapult your energy level and find relief from nagging pains with Structural
Integration bodywork (the work of Ida P. Rolf). I do this work because it is the most transformative, comprehensive, and lasting work that I have received. From working with yoga therapy, I realized how much faster I could help clients when I combined it with bodywork.
If you’re anywhere else in the world, I invite you to try Virtual Yoga one-on-one sessions where I look at your alignment and compose a highly effective practice that is specific to you and your body.
If you really want to wipe the slate clean, experience pulsing feminine energy, and return home happier, lighter, and clearer, the island yoga adventure on Ilha Grande should be on your bucket list. This is the most sacred piece of nature I have experienced: 100 beaches, no cars, and untouched rainforest. Get here before it changes. (The next retreat is running from March 18-24, 2012 – reserve your spot now!)
To keep in touch, make sure to leave your name and receive the “5 Secrets
to a Fulfilling Yoga Practice.” You can stay up-to-date with local workshops, international retreats and courses, and online offerings.
I look forward to getting to know you!
Have courage!

“Kimberly is amazing at finding the perfect alignment for my body and partnering with me to break lifelong postural habits. She makes yoga practice a joy and I'm very grateful I could bask in her amazing light and energy. She also sings like a true goddess.”
“Kimberly is a selfless and committed teacher, she has an incredible eye for detailed biomechanics and the ability to encourage an embodied, spiritual practice. Her classes are rich and rewarding, drawing you to a deeper understanding of the practice and ultimately of yourself. The icing on the cake is that she has a great sense of humour and a beautiful voice.”
